Mindfulness Workshop

From Overwhelmed to At Ease

Release feeling overwhelmed, self-doubting, and paralyzed by your negative thought loops, and begin taking back your power through self-love and acceptance by learning gentle practices to regulate your nervous system as a neurodivergent person and parent.

In this workshop, we’ll take the first steps together in observing the limiting beliefs that are holding us back and preventing us from living the life we truly want to live. The truth is that learning how to self-regulate is essential because, without emotional regulation, we cannot regulate our actions.

Through gentle practices that support our nervous system and increase self-awareness, we’ll shift our internal thoughts to create an opening for a new way forward that feels more empowered, aligned, and free.

When we show up for ourselves, we improve how we show up for our kids and the people we love. It always starts with us!

Here’s What You Can Expect:

  • A 45-minute video of guided instruction containing three simple practices to support you from feeling overwhelmed to being regulated and feeling calm and at ease in your body.

  • You’ll be able to get in touch with your next steps in creating a more aligned version of yourself through guided meditation, EFT tapping, prompted journaling, and reflection.

  • You’ll learn how to begin taking action steps toward greater self-love and acceptance and receive support in creating more calm for your sensitive nervous system.

  • We’ll take the first steps toward creating more balance in your life so you can show up for yourself and those you love as the best version of you!

Find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed, and grab a pen and paper. Are you ready to get started? Let’s do this together!

I’m so glad you took the time to invest in YOU! Research shows that mindfulness practices focused on self-compassion can reduce anxiety symptoms and promote a greater understanding of ourselves and others.
